A bit bussy but custumer service is verry good

It is not very modern but it has ATMs and everything you need for deposit and withdrawal.

I only went to the ATMs but it was very good for me that there are several as well as practices

Terrible service, terrible attention, 2 hours for some deposits and they don't give you a solution, and they don't even have a number of complaints

It is the slowest and most inefficient Branch of BBVA. Many customers had been waiting for more than 2 hours because the employees are lazy and inefficient. They do not know how to do their job well and they excuse themselves by commenting that they are difficult processes. In other Branches they do everything faster, that's why they can't fool you. It is maddening to be wasting time because they do not know how to manage their human resources.
